1 package of frozen butternut squash
1/2 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
A splash of vanilla
2 tablespoons of flour
3 eggs
1/4 pound melted margarine or 1/2 cup of canola oil
Cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steam squash and drain well.
  3. Add sugar, baking powder, and vanilla to the squash. Mix well.
  4. Add flour and mix carefully (it will fly out of the bowl).
  5. Add eggs and mix well.
  6. Add margarine or oil and blend until fully mixed.
  7. Grease a 9×9 baking dish or aluminum pan and pour contents into it.
  8. Gently sprinkle cinnamon on top
  9. Bake for 1 hour or until top is light brown.
